How can I access my online account?

You can access your online account at https://mysilverplus.secure.ky. You will need your Silver Thatch Pensions member number and temporary password which was provided via email during the enrollment process.

Can't locate your member number? You can reset your password by selecting "Forgot your password?" and follow the steps below. 

  1. Select "Recover password by using your email"
  2. Enter your Silver Thatch Pensions member number and email address provided on you member enrollment form
  3. Enter characters exactly as they appear in the box and select "Reset Password" 

A temporary password will be emailed. Once you're able to log in, you'll be promoted to enter a new password, security question and answer. Keep this information as safe as you would your online banking details.
